Synopsis

Buku Psikologi Sekolah disusun untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai peran Psikologi di lingkungan sekolah dan diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk memahami dan menggali konsep-konsep utama Psikologi Sekolah. Secara umum, buku ini terdiri dari 5 bab utama, yaitu (1) Konsep Psikologi Sekolah, (2) Sekolah sebagai sistem dan Komunitas, (3) Kesehatan Mental Berbasis Sekolah, (4) Bimbingan dan Konseling Karir di Sekolah, dan (5) Assesment Psikologi di Konteks Sekolah. Pada masing-masing bab, terdapat uraian rinci mengenai deskripsi bab, relevansi, capaian pembelajaran, dan kasus pemantik yang digunakan untuk mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis. Materi disajikan secara komprehensif yang diikuti dengan tes formatif, ruang refleksi, dan rencana tindak lanjut serta tugas yang bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahaman mengenai materi yang telah disajikan.

Dengan adanya buku ini, pembaca diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis serta menerapkan konsep-konsep psikologi sekolah dalam konteks pendidikan. Buku ini juga memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi yang tertarik untuk berkarir di bidang psikologi pendidikan, khususnya psikologi sekolah, serta bagi para praktisi pendidikan yang ingin memahami lebih lanjut tentang peran psikologi dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik dan kesejahteraan peserta didik. Selain itu, buku ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai kalangan, termasuk psikolog sekolah, guru, konselor, kepala sekolah, serta tenaga pendidik lainnya yang ingin memahami lebih dalam tentang psikologi sekolah dan aplikasinya dalam dunia pendidikan. Buku ini juga relevan bagi peneliti dan akademisi yang mendalami bidang psikologi pendidikan, bimbingan dan konseling, serta pemangku kebijakan pendidikan. Para praktisi yang terlibat dalam pengembangan program intervensi di sekolah, seperti penyusun kebijakan pendidikan dan pekerja sosial, juga dapat menggunakan buku ini sebagai referensi dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan performa akademik peserta didik.
